During this time, we will get to know you and your business. We want to understand how your business currently operates, your short and long-term goals, and the challenges you are facing in reaching those goals. Together we will determine what services will provide the most value and insight to your business and provide opportunities to improve upon the challenges you're currently facing. We will then put together a proposal that will detail the specific services to be provided and the related fees for your review. 

Upon agreement to the terms of service, we will meet with you and your team to establish and set expectations for any key deliverables for the services we are providing. We will obtain any necessary company information and develop processes to support the services we are providing. We will also establish the set up and/or access to any technology necessary for the completion of the services. 

Throughout the month, we will complete the accounting services based on the established processes and provide any applicable reporting to you on a timely basis. Our reporting can be customized to the financial information and KPIs that are important to you.
