Our founder, Megan Calamaro, has a passion for helping small business owners create a thriving, profitable business from the very beginning. Megan Calamaro, CPA

Megan is the founder of Caalm Accounting Solutions and a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience working with business owners to meet their accounting and tax needs. She has managed and lead Audit & Assurance departments to provide audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statements to clients in a wide variety of industries including professional services, SaaS, manufacturing, distribution, construction, and employee benefit plans. She also works closely with business owners and individuals to ensure all of their accounting and tax compliance needs are met. Her goal is to provide the peace of mind business owners need so they can focus on enjoying the life they worked hard to create. Megan graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.S. in Accounting.

After twelve years in the Northeast, Megan is excited to return to her roots here in Southwest Florida. As a wife, mother of three boys, and a business owner, Megan understands the desire to create as much balance in life as possible. To enjoy our lives today while also planning for tomorrow.

maura bennington

Maura joined the firm in 2023 as an Office Manager after spending over 26 years in education and administration. She uses her expertise and perspective in administration to keep an eye on the details and assist our clients while thinking strategically about the growth and future of the firm.

Born and raised in SWFL, Maura and her husband enjoy fishing, being out on the boat, and staying closely connected to their three grown children and six grandchildren. She feels that life is best spent with family and friends.
